Our garments and accessories (the “Products”) are handmade, and, therefore, the colour of the Product chosen may vary slightly from the Product shown on the website. Handmade products are subject to slight variations from the published measurements. These variations are minor and in no way affect the final result of the Product.
Vida y Milagros especially focuses on the handmade garment fabrication process, which is why production and delivery times depend on the level of personalised and detailed workmanship, as well as respectful use of work schedules.

The price shown for each Product on the website is the retail price, including applicable taxes under Spanish law. Sales to non-EU countries do not include any taxes that may be due in the country of destination, which must be paid by the Customer.
In the case of exports, the amount paid for VAT corresponding to a sale in Spain will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4.1. Payments can be made by PayPal, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), or bank transfer. A PayPal account is not necessary to complete payment.
Once payment has been authorised, you will receive an email with the order number. Once the Product has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. You will be notified by SMS or email when the order has been delivered to your specified address.

4.2. Shipping costs can vary according to destination country and Product selected. The available delivery options for the order and the selected destination will be displayed on completing your purchase. Shipping costs are also calculated automatically and shown on the payment page.
Items will always be sent carriage paid and shipping costs will be included on the invoice. We remind you that orders shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to customs charges or local taxes, to be paid by the Customer.
4.3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Vida y Milagros will issue the refund after receiving the returned Product and verifying its condition. Please note that once the refund has been authorised, the payment provider (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) may take 7 to 10 working days to make the payment.
We recommend keeping the delivery note until you have received the refund. In the event of a return, the Customer must cover any return costs, which will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, please contact Vida y Milagros team as soon as possible.
This information may not be modified once the order has been shipped. Please note that delivery information for orders placed via PayPal cannot be changed once the order has been issued.

Product orders placed at Vida y Milagros will be delivered from Monday to Friday. For weekend deliveries, please check with Vida y Milagros for the availability of this service before placing your order.
The delivery date is calculated from the time of payment. Delivery will take approximately 5 to 25 working days.
Delivery times are approximate, and any delay will not give rise to liability for damages under any circumstances. We will promptly inform you of any issues with your order. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note with information on how to arrange a new delivery or where to pick up your parcel.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Product received, you will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it, and you must keep the original packaging and labels. Due to the nature of this type of Product, you will not be entitled to return items that have been used or mishandled.

Products must be returned in their original unused state with all labels and accessories included. Accordingly, returns will not be accepted if the items are incomplete, damaged, broken, modified or in any other state that could reasonably lead Vida y Milagros to believe that they have been used.
Similarly, any perceived variation in colour with respect to the image on the website will not be grounds for a refund under any circumstances, since customers are informed before buying that these are handmade products subject to slight colour variations compared to what is offered on the website.
Vida y Milagros reserves the right to refuse returns if they are made after the deadline, if the Products have been used, if the garments are not in the same condition as when they were sent, or if they do not comply with our terms for returns.
If, in exceptional circumstances, you receive a flawed or defective item, please contact the Customer Service department by email at email@example.com or call 682 170 315 reporting the problem.
After receiving the returned Product, we will analyse the garment’s condition and, within a reasonable period of time, inform you of the available options, which may be either replacement with another similar garment or a refund of the price.
If, after verification, we determine that the defects are not workmanship defects and did not exist when the Product was shipped, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange for a similar Product.
